ABOUT
E. Noreen Banks-Ware
Founding Attorney
Attorney E. Noreen Banks-Ware is a Georgia native. Born just south of the Atlanta metro area in Barnesville, she is proud to give back to the local communities she grew up in.
Educational Background & Experience
While working towards her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Georgia, Noreen had to take a business law course that sparked her interest in the legal profession. After completing her bachelor's program, she went on to pursue her J.D. at UGA law school.
Founding the Firm
Upon graduating with her law degree, she spent a couple of years working for a larger firm that initially led her to practice in the area of family law. Feeling like she was teaching herself how to be successful, Noreen decided she could do more for her clients by running her own firm.
Since 1991, E.N. Banks-Ware Law Firm, LLC has specialized primarily in family law. From handling uncontested to complex divorces, custody and child support cases, fathers’ rights, and probate matters, Noreen has garnered a reputation as a skilled trial attorney that has professionally provided excellent representation to clients. In 2006, she became certified in Collaborative Law to better serve her clients’ needs. Her firm has provided high-quality legal services for individuals and families in the Metro Atlanta and DeKalb County community for nearly thirty (30) years.
My style of counsel is very personable. I genuinely care about helping you work through these difficult times and finding a way to start fresh.
